“Verified vendor” isn’t just a label. Before a seller can list on Qamru — and as they keep
selling — we check who they are and how they perform. Here’s what that means.
Before a vendor can sell
Phone verification
Every vendor confirms a working business phone with a one-time code, so there’s a real, reachable person behind each listing.
Identity
Vendors can add their national identity card (CNIC) to their profile. It’s stored securely, only the last digits are ever kept for reference, and it is never shown publicly.
Reputation & compliance screening
Each business is checked against public reputation signals and international compliance and fraud lists. A business flagged for fraud, or matching a sanctions list, is not admitted.
As they keep selling
A Trust Score that’s earned
Every vendor builds a Trust Score from their real track record on Qamru — orders delivered versus disputes or cancellations. It’s earned over time, not bought.
Ongoing checks
Screening is re-run as vendors keep trading, so a seller’s standing reflects how they actually perform — not just how they started.
Your payment is protected
When you order, Qamru holds your payment and releases it to the seller only after you confirm your order arrived. If it doesn’t, you’re refunded. That protection sits behind every verified vendor.
